Assistant Curator
Gallery
Permanent Part Time (36.25 hours per fortnight)
LGO Level 3 $67,060 pro-rata cash component plus superannuation

What we are looking for:
The Assistant Curator plays an important role working collaboratively within the Hervey Bay Regional Gallery team to develop and release the exhibition program and contribute to the maintenance, interpretation and development of Council's art collections.

Indigenous Program Officer

Permanent Part Time – 21.75 hours per week
LGO Level 3 $67,060 pro-rata plus superannuation
Hervey Bay
What we are looking for:
The focus of this position is to collaboratively work within the team to develop and release the exhibition program and contribute to the maintenance, interpretation and development of Council’s art collections, alongside a wider engagement with Indigenous communities, in particular the Butchulla people who are the Traditional Owners of the country on which Hervey Bay Regional Gallery operates.
The successful candidate will have experience with Indigenous communities and experience working in a curatorial, gallery, community or other relevant role.

Public Programs & Community Engagement Officer

What we are looking for:
The focus of this role is to support the day to day operations of the Gallery to ensure effective and efficient service delivery whilst providing a high quality visitor experience. You will support the gallery director to deliver high quality programming that engages, educates and inspires as well as building capability and resilience within the community.
