Join us for the launch of two new exhibitions at HBRG.
Colours of Australia showcases the work of members of Hervey Bay Spinners, Weavers and Fibre Workers. Through weaving, spinning, knitting, felting and stitching the group reflect on the dynamic and varied landscapes of this country.
Alongside is The light fades but the gods remain, a major exhibition showcasing two key series by Bill Henson, one of Australia’s most eminent artists, exploring the suburb of Glen Waverley where the artist grew up.
Featuring guest speakers and a paid bar, join us for an enjoyable evening. This is a free event, however please register your attendance.
