Join our free all-ages sketch club at Hervey Bay Regional Gallery.

Whether you're looking to explore your creativity, develop your artistic practice, meet likeminded friends, or embark on a rewarding new hobby, HBRG's monthly Sketch Club is a supportive environment to get started.

Each month HBRG Gallery Assistant and artist Nana Cai will propose a prompt to get you stretching your creative muscles. This month try out portraiture sketching and Chinese Calligraphy, drawing on themes in HBRG's current exhibitions.

BYO your favourite mediums and sketchpad or digital tablet. Ink and rice paper will be provided for the calligraphy activity. Children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult.
