Healing Through Song combines creative writing with embodiment and vocal practices to release trapped energy from the body.

Keely is a proud Kabi Kabi and South Sea Islander woman. She is an experienced vocalist and qualified health and wellbeing practitioner who has spent many years applying these practices to her own healing journey as a neurodivergent Indigenous woman and survivor of complex trauma. Keely has worked with hundreds of participants over a course of 12 years on a collective journey of healing through song.

In this 2hr workshop participants will explore:
- Breathwork
- Intention setting
- Creative writing exercises
- Vocal practices
- Movement medicine
- Body percussion- group chanting

Please note this workshop is trauma-informed and designed for deep healing. Keely is an experienced practitioner dedicated to creating safe and inclusive spaces. If you have any sensitivities or challenges, please advise Keely on arrival.
